Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your rental of appliances from MaOne Rentals (Pty) Ltd. Renting from us means you agree to these terms.

Rental period

Rentals are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may end the rental with 7 days' notice.

Deposit

A refundable deposit is payable before delivery. It is returned in full when the appliance is collected in working condition.

Care of appliance

You agree to use the appliance for normal domestic purposes and to keep it clean and safe. Normal wear and tear is expected; damage caused by misuse may be recovered from the deposit.

Maintenance & replacement

We handle repairs and replacements at no cost when the fault is not caused by misuse. Report any issue within 24 hours via WhatsApp.

Late payment

Payments are due monthly. A grace period applies. Persistent non-payment may result in collection of the appliance and forfeit of the deposit.
